QUESTION:  What is Jewelers Craft Wire?

ANSWER:     Jewelers Craft wire can be made of several minerals such as gold over copper, silver over copper, gold over brass, silver over brass.  We do not use any Jewelers craft wire made with nickel due to allergies by most people.  The Jewelers craft wire is used on the more inexpensive jewelry and is anti-tarnish coated to slow down the tarnishing effect and add a barrier next to your skin.

QUESTION:   Where will you ship your products?

ANSWER:      Currently we will only ship to all USA and Military addresses, yes this includes our free shipping.

QUESTION:   Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

ANSWER:      Yes we do offer gift wrapping for a flat rate fee of only $1.50 per order up to 4 items.

QUESTION:   Will you drop ship my order to my Mom's house?

ANSWER:      Yes, we offer this free service to all USA and Military Addresses only.  As a customer you can have 10 different addresses to ship to inside your address book for your account.

QUESTION:   Can I email my wish list to my family and friends?

ANSWER:      If you are a registered customer you can email your wish list to all your family and friends.

QUESTION:   Can I purchase items without being a registered customer?

ANSWER:      Yes you can we have our website set up for Pay Pal Express Checkout

QUESTION:   Will your shopping cart remember me?

ANSWER:      If you are a registered customer anything you add into the cart will be remembered and show up when you return

QUESTION:   Can I place a custom order?

ANSWER:      Yes we do accept custom orders.  All custom made orders require a 30% deposit before work begins and the remaining total paid once work is completed, before the item or items are shipped.

QUESTION:   Do you offer a Military Discount?

ANSWER:      Currently we do offer a 12% discount to all US Military, Active, Retired and Reserves. To get this discount you must register with our website and send us an email with your duty station or status. We will then approve you will be emailed with your status change.  We thank all of you serving in the Military and pray for your safety.  We are aslo retied US Navy and our oldest son is US Navy now in Iraq.

QUESTION:   Is there other discounts you offer?

ANSWER:      Yes we offer a 20% to all Pastors and their Wife as our way of giving back to God.  You must register with our website, then send us an email with the location of your church, as soon as you are approved you will be emailed with your status change.  Coming Soon Wholesale Discount.
